The borrower is responsible for pick-up and drop-off of the Traveling Trunk during the following office hours: 9:00 to 2:00pm. Tuesday-Friday. The Trunk contents should be handled with care and returned on time and in the condition in which they were received.
Students’ letters and artwork are welcomed and may be placed on display or used as promotional material. My initials give permission to use my students’ artwork. Without this form and the payment we cannot guarantee your loan of the traveling trunk. The Trunk will be rented at the discretion of the Educational Coordinator.
